A.R.M. Solutions is a privately held Collection Agency headquartered in a highly secure facility in Thousand Oaks, California.

Our story began when our management team, a then very experienced group of Collection Industry veterans, decided that they wanted to build a collection product that was not just good, but great, using all they had learned with their combined 70+ years of industry experience.

We built A.R.M. Solutions around a core philosophy, “Surround yourself with the greatest products, associates, clients, and business partners” to which we attribute our continued success.
